All of our units have been outfitted with support bars, shower grab bars, hand-held shower heads, built-in seats and pull-out drawers.

Tenants are responsible for paying 100% of the rental amount. Monthly rents range between $767 and $990, depending on tenant income.

Seniors 60 years of age or older are eligible for subsidy through BC housing S.A.F.E.R (Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters) program.

Pets are allowed in the Westwinds. Tenants are allowed one dog, under 18 inches in height.

Cats are allowed, only one per unit.
Pet Damage Deposit is required.

Westwinds has 232 units, featuring a mix of one-bedroom and one- bedroom-plus-den units.

Eight of the units are wheelchair accessible.

Every unit has a view, seniors will stay connected to the outdoors through accessing their balcony or a patio.

Hot water is included in rent, residents are responsible for hydro, cable and internet.
